We have been active in international cycling since 1992 and have always accompanied young talents on their way to international top-class sport. Initially, the focus was purely on team acquisition for the young cycling talents. In cooperation with experts from Germany and abroad, we have developed over the years into a full-service management company and, although we are not one of the biggest, we are one of the most established cycling agencies.
In addition to the rider agent examination prescribed by the UCI and the associated licensing via the Bund Deutscher Radfahrer as a UCI Rider Agent, Christian Baumer is also licensed as an Agent Sportif in France. Furthermore, we are a member of the Association for Credible Cycling, the MPCC.

Starting with career planning, team acquisition and the related contract negotiations, we advise and support the athletes in all matters arising in the course of their work as a professional cyclist.
A special feature of our work is the cooperation with selected/specialised partners from Germany and abroad for upcoming questions of legal and tax advice or clarification of financial and insurance issues.
But also in the search for sponsors and the acquisition of equipment, the design of communication strategies and marketing concepts or a possible residency abroad, we support our athletes with our competent partners and also the end of career is always in our focus.
